What should I do if I haven’t received my IKEA Gift card?

When you buy an IKEA gift card online, the order is processed by IKEA directly. If you have not received your gift card, we recommend that you reach out directly to our Customer Service team for help.

If you've ordered a Digital Gift Card from IKEA, and haven't received it, you can contact our Customer Service line on 01733 520006 (telephone lines are open Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 20:00 and Sundays 07:00 – 19:00) or through webchat (open from 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Sunday).
If you have purchased a Gift Card from an external retailer or supplier, you will need to reach out to that retailer or supplier directly for assistance.
