What should I do if I haven’t received my IKEA Gift card?
When you buy an IKEA gift card online, the order is processed by one of our external partners, Voucher Express. If you have not received your gift card, we recommend that you reach out directly to their Customer Service team for help.
If you've ordered a Digital or Physical IKEA Gift card and haven't received it, you can contact Voucher Express directly for assistance by email: [email protected] or by calling 0371 200 0724 (telephone lines are open Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 and Saturdays 09:00 – 12:00).
When reaching out to Voucher Express Customer Service, they will help you locating your Gift card and make sure you receive it.
