How can I use a reward from IKEA Family?
You can use product and service rewards online, in stores or when contacting us. Whereas food rewards are only applicable in-store in our restaurants and bistros.
You can use the product rewards to buy all IKEA products online, in stores or when contacting us, according to their purchase minimum amount. Rewards are not applicable for buying a gift card.
Service rewards can also be applied to online and in-store purchases but are only applicable to the services referred to in the reward details.
You can enjoy your food rewards while visiting us in store, in the restaurant and bistro areas.
