A product in my Click and Collect order is missing or damaged. What should I do?

Guidance on what to do if part of your Click and Collect order is missing or damaged when you collect it.

We always advise that you check your order is complete and in good condition before leaving the Click and Collect Area.
In the event that you have discovered a damaged or missing product, the easiest way to get the situation resolved is to inform an IKEA co-worker in-store at the Customer Service desk or in the Click and Collect area.
