Why won't my MALM/GVARV ottoman bed close?
The gas pistons on ottoman beds take a lot of force to close. As a health and safety measure please only open/close the bed with a mattress on.
The gas pistons on our ottoman beds have been designed so that the bed cannot be closed without a mattress on top as a health and safety measure.
Please ensure you have a mattress on the bed base before using the gas lift function and do not attempt to close without a mattress present.
