I have lost my physical IKEA Family card, where can I report it?
There is no need to report if you have lost your physical IKEA Family card. Instead, you can access a digital version by logging into your IKEA Family account online.
Your IKEA Family card holds no monetary value, and there's no need to report it if lost or stolen. We no longer send out new physical cards - instead, we recommend that you use the digital version of the card when shopping in-store, which you can find by logging into your IKEA Family account.
