Can I add a purchase to my IKEA Family Card?
You need to show your IKEA Family card at the time of purchase to qualify for any IKEA Family discounts or additional offers.
To qualify for any discounts or additional offers, you need to present and swipe your IKEA Family Card at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to add your IKEA Family Card to a purchase or apply any missed discounts after the time of purchase.
You can access your digital card either in store at an IKEA Family digital screen, by using your online profile or if you receive an IKEA Family newsletter you will find your digital card there too. It usually takes a few weeks for a new card to be delivered to you.
Alternatively, you could choose to download the IKEA app for your smartphone. The app can store a digital version of your IKEA Family card. Download free via Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).
