How do I use my IKEA Gift or Refund card?
To use a gift or refund card as a payment option for your online order, select the 'Redeem a gift card or refund card' option in the checkout.
To use an IKEA gift or refund card when purchasing from IKEA.com, follow these steps:
1) Log into your IKEA Family account. Enter the products you wish to purchase into your shopping cart on IKEA.com.
2) Select your desired delivery method and enter your personal details.
3) During payment, choose 'Redeem a gift card or refund card' and enter the PIN code on the card to complete the payment. Please note that the PIN must be entered manually and cannot be copied and pasted.

The balance on your card will update automatically about 4 hours after payment. You can also use your gift or refund card when making a purchase in-store. Read more about IKEA gift cards here.
Note: Some new refund cards do not have a PIN, and instead of using the long gift card number, a different redemption code is used and entered in the Discount Code section of checkout rather than the Payment section; the PIN does not have to be entered.
