How do I collect points with IKEA Family?

1. When making a purchase:

There is a minimum threshold of £5 spent before you will be granted any points. The number of points you are granted will increase by 1 for every £5 spent:

• Spends of £5-£9.99 grant 1 point
• Spends of £10-£14.99 grant 2 points
• Spends of £15-£19.99 grant 3 points
• Spends of £20-£24.99 grant 4 points
• & onwards

There is no upper limit to the amount of points you can earn, and if multiple transactions are made on the same day all eligible transactions will collect points.

2. When interacting with IKEA tools and services:

• Login to the website or app grants 1 point (can be granted once per week)
• Create a profile grants 5 points (can only be granted once)
• Create a wish list grants 2 points (can be granted once per week)
• Register and attend an IKEA event grants 20 points (can be granted once per week)
• Book and attend a planning appointment grants 25 points (can be granted once per week - excludes Kitchen Planning appointments)
