What are IKEA Order and Collection Points (OCPs)?
Our Order and Collection Points are designed to be a more creative, interactive and personal space to design your dream rooms and collect your orders.
IKEA Order and Collection Points are smaller than a traditional store, however, they offer a far more creative and interactive shopping experience to our larger stores. We try new ways of working in our collection points so each one will be slightly different to another.
As our customers, we will look to gain your valuable input and feedback in each unit. If you have any ideas on how to improve our collection points then please let a member of our staff know.
