Why should I choose Click & Collect?

With Click & Collect, you place your order online and then pick up your items at an IKEA store or a designated Collection Point. This delivery option is ideal if you’re flexible with self‑collection, want to avoid home delivery fees, or if you’d like to pick up your order at your convenience. This may be particularly useful if you are close to an IKEA store or if a secure delivery to your home is not feasible in your area.

Cost considerations: Click & Collect from an IKEA store is free regardless of the value of your order. External Collection Points start from £2.00 and Locker Collection from £5.00.

For non-IKEA Family members there is a flat rate fee of $5 for orders under $50, for orders over $50 there is no fee. Check pricing details at checkout for the exact fee.

Timing and scheduling factors: Click & Collect orders from an IKEA store generally have options for same-day collection or collection within a few days of purchase. For Click & Collect Near You (CCNY) Orders, you are expected to go to the pickup location on the selected date and time. You select a specific collection time slot during checkout.

Item size and type restrictions: Suitable for most order types. Due to storage constraints, some of our products may not be available for Click & Collect and will require Home Delivery. You can find out what options are available for any given product on the Product Page or when checking out.

Location/distance factors: Best if you live near an IKEA store or designated Collection Point, to check whether a Collection Point is near you visit Find your nearest collection point. If your delivery address is not served due to stock from warehouses or store limitations, you may be offered a Click & Collect alternative.

Customer effort required: Medium – Your chosen IKEA store or Collection Point will prepare your order for you. You will be responsible for travelling to the store/collection point or locker and loading your items into your vehicle.
