What is an Order and collection point?
They're smaller than the traditional IKEA store, but designed to offer you the same great range and inspiration
Order and collection points are smaller than a traditional store and offer a far more creative and interactive shopping experience to our larger stores.
We will carry out a lot of testing in our collection points, and each one will be slightly different.
We will look to gain our customer's input and feedback in each unit, so if you have any ideas on how to improve our collection points then please let a member of our staff know.
