How do I shop at IKEA?
We have a variety of ways to shop at IKEA. Including online, in store, click and collect, planning studios and our order and collection points.
There are many ways to shop at IKEA:
Online - You can place an order on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year which can be delivered to your chosen address or an external pick up point.
In-store - You can visit one of our stores located around the UK, where you can either take items home today or arrange a home delivery which is from the next day. We can also organise assembly, kitchen installation, van hire, home planning and removal of old furniture for you while you are in store. You can view our services here.
Click & Collect - You can also place an order on our website to collect from any of our Order and collection point locations and selected stores.
Order and Collection point - You can visit one of our Order and Collection points where you can plan, design and experience the IKEA range, then place an order for either home delivery or to come back and collect later. We are also able to organise all the same services as our main stores in the Order and Collection point.
