Everyone loves a fun party drink! Use our DRYCK syrups to mix up your own drinks. Keep them alcohol-free for the whole family to enjoy, or add some of your favourite spirits for the adults. Find our recipes below to get you started.

Cucumber and elderflower Collins

Ingredients:
Cucumber strips
1 tablespoon (15 ml) DRYCK FLÄDER Elderflower syrup
Ice
Soda water
Sprig of mint (optional)
Gin (optional)

Instructions:
Use a peeler to peel long strips of cucumber. Swirl around a highball glass. Add the gin and elderflower cordial, add ice and top soda water. Stir well. Add a sprig of mint to serve.

Elderflower and grape spritzer

Ingredients:
Ice
Sliced frozen grapes
2 tablespoons (30 ml) concord grape juice
2 tablespoons (30 ml) DRYCK FLÄDER Elderflower syrup
1 cup (250 ml) cold sparkling water

Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice and sliced frozen grapes. Add the concord grape juice, elderflower syrup and sparkling water. Stir and serve.

Elderflower blueberry lime virgin cocktail

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons (30 ml) DRYCK FLÄDER Elderflower syrup
1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) fresh lime juice
Small handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup (250 ml) mineral sparkling water
A handful of ice
Fresh mint (for garnish)
Lime slices (for garnish)

Instructions:
Combine elderflower syrup, lime juice (adjust the amount to your preference) and blueberries in a glass. Lightly mash them all together with a muddler, so that some blueberries break and release their juices. Top with ice and lime slices pour over mineral water until it reaches the edge of the glass. Add mint leaves and a straw, if desired. Serve.

Blueberry and basil mocktail

Ingredients:
4 leaves fresh basil
2 tablespoons (30 ml) DRYCK BLÅBÄR Blueberry syrup
2 lemon wedges – one for juicing and adding to a shaker and one for garnish
Pinch of sugar
3/4 cup (175 ml) tonic water – divided
4 cubes of ice

Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker or glass, add fresh basil leaves, blueberry syrup, juice of 1 lemon wedge and the lemon rind, and a pinch of sugar. Use a muddler or the end of a spatula to mash all of the ingredients together so you get a nice blend of basil, lemon and blueberry syrup. Add 1/2 cup tonic water and place the lid on the shaker and shake well or stir together. Pour through a strainer into a cup with the ice and add additional tonic water. Garnish with remaining lemon wedge.
