Ingredients:

Potato pancakes with lingonberries 

  • 600 g ALLEMANSRÄTTEN mashed potatoes
  • 1 pkg ALLEMANSRÄTTEN savoury sauce mix
  • SYLT JORDGUBB lingonberry jam
  • 300 ml cold water
  • 50 ml whipping cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 onions

Step by step

  1. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions onthe package. Mix in the eggs and shape the mixture into smallpancakes.
  2. Fry the pancakes on medium heat in a frying pan with butteruntil they have a nice golden surface.
  3. Thinly slice the onions and fry them in butter until they aresoft and golden.
  4. Prepare the sauce according to the instructions on the package,then add the onions.
  5. Serve the pancakes with lingonberry jam or fresh lingonberries.
