Oat biscuit & raspberry jam cheesecake
Celebrate midsummer with a creamy, delicious cheesecake topped with fresh berries! This summery dessert is super easy to make and serve in portion-sized individual glasses.

Ingredients:
Oat biscuit & raspberry jam cheesecake
- 8 tbsp SYLT HALLON & BLÅBÄR raspberry and blueberry jam
 - 8 KAFFEREP oat biscuits
 - 200 ml cream
 - 200 g cream cheese
 - 2 1/2 tbsp icing sugar
 - 2 tsp vanilla sugar
 - 1/2 lemon, the juice
 
Topping
- 100 ml summer berries
 
Step by step
- Whip cream, cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice until fluffy. Add a little lemon juice or water if the mix is too thick.
 - Crush the oat biscuits into crumbs.
 - Layer jam, biscuit crumbs, and cream cheese fluff in beautiful glasses.
 - Top with summer berries and dust them with a little icing sugar.
