Oat biscuit & raspberry jam cheesecake

Celebrate midsummer with a creamy, delicious cheesecake topped with fresh berries! This summery dessert is super-easy to make and serve in portion-sized individual glasses.

Serves: 4 | Time:  10 minutes

Ingredients:

Oat biscuit & raspberry jam cheesecake
8 tbsp SYLT HALLON & BLÅBÄR rasp- and blueberry jam
8 KAFFEREP oat biscuits
2 dl cream 200 g cream cheese
2 1/2 tbsp icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 lemon, the juice Topping
1 dl summer berries 

Step by step:

  1. Whip cream, cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice until fluffy. Add a little lemon juice or water if the mix is too thick.
  2. Crush the oat biscuits into crumbs.
  3. Layer jam, biscuit crumbs and cream cheese fluff in beautiful glasses.
  4. Top with summer berries and dust them with a little icing sugar.
