Hot & crunchy candied nuts
Take your taste buds on a wild ride! This simple 15-minute recipe combines sweet, salty and spicy, creating a satisfying snack packed with nutrients as well as flavour.

Ingredients
Hot & crunchy candied nuts
180 g MUNSBIT roasted and lightly salted almonds
180 g MUNSBIT roasted and lightly salted cashew nuts
3 tbsp liquid honey*
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Sea salt flakes
Step by step
- Heat the oven to 175C.
- Mix all ingredients on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Roast the nuts in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes or until the cashews are golden brown and the honey has caramelized.

Tip!* For a plant-based version of this recipe, you can replace the honey with agave syrup or maple syrup.
