Take your taste buds on a wild ride! This simple 15-minute recipe combines sweet, salty and spicy, creating a satisfying snack packed with nutrients as well as flavour.

Ingredients

Hot & crunchy candied nuts

180 g MUNSBIT roasted and lightly salted almonds

180 g MUNSBIT roasted and lightly salted cashew nuts

3 tbsp liquid honey*

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp chilli flakes

Sea salt flakes

Step by step

  1. Heat the oven to 175C.
  2. Mix all ingredients on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Roast the nuts in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes or until the cashews are golden brown and the honey has caramelized.

Tip!* For a plant-based version of this recipe, you can replace the honey with agave syrup or maple syrup.
