UPPÅTVIND air purifier makes it easy for you to improve the quality of your indoor air.
The handle makes it easy for you to move the air purifier between different rooms in your home and place it where it is needed most.
Lay it down on a shelf or set it upright on a table – the air purifier can be placed easily and discreetly in different ways throughout your home.
The air purifier has 3 fan speeds so you can adapt it to your home’s needs and affect the noise level as well. If you’re a light sleeper, choose the lowest fan speed with a low noise level during the night.
Our air purifiers are AHAM (Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers) certified. This means that all air purifiers from IKEA are thoroughly tested to ensure efficiency in the disposal of harmful allergens like tobacco smoke, dust and pollen.

Lasted less then a yearKimUsed it only 6 hours at night Changed the filter a few times, it looks bran new. Was so quiet and doing great. Just short of the year mark it now has this horrible tapping noise from the fan and can't be used. Disappointing and frustrating.

Whisper quiet BrendaAwesome for the bedroom as it’s quiet even on the highest setting. Doesn’t take up a lot of space can be put on a side table or in a corner on the floor. Replacement filters are very inexpensive so can stock up for future use. Definitely helps keep the air fresher and cleaner.

Good for a small room.LucasI live in a bachelor apartment and for some reason there is a lot of dust. I clean every day including dusting. Both my cat and I are always sneezing and it’s quite annoying and unpleasant. I bought this to hopefully help with air quality and it does help. The product and replacement filters are affordable. The machine itself is not very loud. I recommend.
Not recommendLouiseLasts a long time, and enough for a main bedroom, and although they said it hasn't been discontinued, the location in Winnipeg haven't had a stock of the filter. Other locations on near provinces have low stocks too. I don't recommend it due to this reason.

Filters out of stocks or can’t be delivered AnastasiiaThis filter works well with dust and pet hair. I vacuum the dust trap every few weeks or so. Filters are quite cheap in comparison to other brads. My only concern is that filters are always either out of stock or unavailable for the delivery.
Works great! RochelleGets rid of the odour in the bedrooms. Bigger rooms need more time but it does the job. My only complaint would be the filter is always out of stock.

It in my studio to help remove lead fumes from soldering the only drawback is I can’t seem to find replacement filters I have looked 3x at IKEA and no one seems to know anything about it
Clean white noiseKatharineBought some for the bedrooms. Jury still out on whether it helps household member with dust allergies. However, the sound-sensitive one, who would take pure quiet if she could, says that -while it is not perfectly silent- the device has a low, steady sound that she tolerates and sometimes even enjoys, as it is just enough to muddle the sound of neighbours daily activities. Fresh air comes out of it, and the handle is great for moving it around (often switching outlets during renovations). Nice and light.

Made a difference KellyThis made a huge difference in my bedroom. After a few hours of running you could smell the air was fresher. It's very quiet and we've been running it for nearly a month straight now with no issues. I am very impressed.
Cheap motor and fan bladesArturThe sound of air blowing doesn't bother me but the scratching sound from the motor is not good for sleeping.
Good for small spacesNatashaIt seemed to clear the smoke out of our daughter’s dorm room quickly when it was so smoky in the fall. And it keeps the air in her room fresher now that the windows are closed.
