Great tableDaphne P.I loved this table and it has served our young family well. We had it for a few years and it was very easy to maintain and keep clean especially with young children. It's sturdy, has a modern look, and it always kept its glossy, shiny appearence. Wish they made this table bigger for 6-8 people5

Forms cracks on surfaceElisaSimonThe table looks very sleek & is sturdy. Sadly, after a few months, the surface of the table top has formed large raised cracks all over...it basically looks like scratches. I've followed the care instructions for cleaning it, so I'm quite disheartened that it has not stood up to the eat of time. For this reason, I would not recommend this table.2

Good, but defectiveSoph227The high-gloss table top is nice and easy to clean. The chrome plated sides and legs were chipping right out of the box. I still find small plated shiny chips almost every day. After contacting Ikea several times to signal the defect, they kindly offered to replace the table. However, I believe this product should not have been manufactured or shipped like this in the first place (quality control!). I decided not to have another shipped overseas just for the cosmetic aspects, therefore I will keep the defective one.2
