Loved this ... for the first 3 monthsSonyaI've owned this rug for 10 months, and I really loved it initially. It still sheds massively at every vacuum, it didn't straighten out, and now it's starting to unravel. I have it under a dining table with very limited traffic. I contacted customer service and was told there was nothing Ikea could do as I purchased it over 90 days ago. I'm both disappointed with the quality of the rug and the updated customer service provided by Ikea.

Love this rugAnonymous reviewerI originally purchased the LOHALS area rugs, but after opening the runner, I was surprised how uncomfortable it was underfoot. They have protruding balls of fiber where the fiber joins.
I was very happy to find that the TÅGBILJETT rug did not have this. It's the same 13mm thickness, but much softer and without the protruding balls. I just wish they made a runner!
