The clean and sturdy design with several well-thought-out details gives TÄLLÅSEN upholstered bed frame a modern look – easy to combine with other bedroom furniture.
The headboard cover can be easily removed, machine washed and put back on again, so you can always keep it clean and fresh.
The padded headboard is beautiful to look at and comfortable to lean against while reading or watching TV in bed.
The soft gray-green Kulsta fabric with a striped pattern adds character to the bed, while the powder-coated parts are colour coordinated with the fabric to match each other.
The legs are placed on the outer side of the bed frame, adding to the cool and modern look.
Adjustable bed sides allow you to use mattresses of different thicknesses.
There is plenty of room under the bed for storage boxes, perfect when you want to maximize the use of the space.
You can easily vacuum under the bed frame to keep the space clean and dust-free.
The upholstery on the sides of the bed is not removable or machine washable.

Machine wash warm, normal cycle.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Iron medium temperature, max 300°F/150°C.
Dry clean any solvent except trichloroethylene.
Remove the inner filling pad from the cushion cover before washing.
Vacuum clean.
Wipe clean using a damp cloth and a mild cleaner.
The cover is not washable.

Looks nice but doesn’t hold the mattress flat.EmilyBought this bed in a king size and the mattress that was being sold together on the ikea website. The bed in the king size has the metal beam down the middle and wooden slats on each side. Which causes it to be like two twins put together instead of a nice big king. My son co-sleeps with us and rolls into me and my husband because of how it’s situated. Very uncomfortable even when you are straight in the nook it creates. Now we need to spend more money trying to figure out how we can fix this. Definitely do not recommend buying this bed. Defeats the purpose of have a nice big bed if you can only lay in a small section of it to feel somewhat comfortable. Not to mention if you are out of the spot you wake up so sore from the drastic divots.2

Depressed in the centre, not able to sleep on the side. HarshI weight close to 200 pounds and been using this bed for over 2 months now. The bed has depressed in the centre, and sloping into a V shape. It’s not comfortable to sleep two because you slide into the centre leaving little room for the other person and you also can’t sleep flat. Very frustrating and disappointing because it took over 3 hours to assemble it together. 1

Just pay attention to the different screw sizes and the direction of the headboard fabric. Pairs with the Juttersbo utility cart super well (only comes up when you look up the # 404.989.41).5
