The slightly sloped headboard with 2 comfy big pillows is perfect as a backrest when you sit up and read in bed or just relax with a cup of coffee.

The entire bed frame cover is removable and machine washable, making your SAGESUND bed easy to keep clean and use for a long time.

The cover is made of Diseröd fabric that is soft to touch and makes bedtime even cozier.

The strong and sturdy wooden legs made of solid oak enhance the warm and natural look of the bed frame.

There is plenty of room under the bed for storage boxes, perfect when you want to maximise the use of the space.

You can easily vacuum under the bed frame to keep the space clean and dust-free.

Adjustable bed sides allow you to use mattresses of different thicknesses.

    Remove, shake and fluff up the headboard cushions on a regular basis to return them to their proper shape, and then put them back again.

Legs Break easilyAndrewHave purchased many IKEA beds and this one although it looks nice I do not recommend. The legs are not strong enough for simple movements. One of the legs snapped taking part of the frame with it. I cannot find where I can get a replacement part of the wood frame to repair. 1
SQUEAKS LOUDLYGloriaStrong not recommended. If there were an option to leave a ZERO-star review, I would absolutely use it. It SQUEAKS loudly with even the slightest movement causes loud and disturbing noises. Every time we turn over during the night, the squeaking wakes us up. It has made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. We reassembled it, but the problem remains. We're average-sized people using an old mattress—nothing extreme. Your staff says it's past the 3-month return window, which is unacceptable. A bed frame should last at least a year. I’ve also seen many SIMILAR complaints from other countries—this seems like a global issue. IKEA should consider recalling this product. I’ve recorded a video showing how loud the squeaks are and will post it on social media to warn others who are considering purchasing a bed frame from IKEA.1
Cheap material NoelleWould not recommend this bed. When we first assembled it and set it into place, we thought we may have heard a leg crack. Didn’t think much of it until just now, was changing the sheets and the bed moved a bit and the entire leg cracked off, breaking some of the wood as well. Completely unacceptable for a bed to not withstand simple movements. For $500, it should last longer than a year. 1

ABSOLUTELY LOVE!CherylI purchased 2 queens. Fabric is durable. It’s fantastic to be able to remove fabric for cleaning. Fits mattress well. Best feature are the built in cushions. So comfortable to sit up against. Now purchasing one for my king bed:)5

Do not recommend KaliPoor quality bed. Fabric feels like outdoor furniture fabric and bed shakes when you move and I am only 115 ponds. Not a great purchase! 1

“When designing SAGESUND, my idea was to make a very soft and inviting bed, that also offers support when you sit up in bed and read or just relax. I wanted the headboard to be like puffy pillows, so when you lean against them, they will give you the feeling of sinking into a soft wall of cushions. The comfortable shape is complemented with material that is naturally soft to the touch and enhances the bed frame's cozy, warm and welcoming expression."
