The natural solid wood is beautiful as it is or you can make it more personal by staining, painting or waxing it. Also, the bed frame is high enough so you can place storage boxes underneath.

Ratings and reviews

The workmanship was incredibly bad.CeTightening the screws is nearly impossible. The instruction manual is very vague, and you have to guess what each part is for.1
Dimension does not fit for standard maitressTulinThe interior dimension of the frame is 135cm and standard full maitress is 137 cm. Are there any user could use 137cm maitress ? I am wondering Ikea response why this frame dimension is not standard? And what is the solution?2
NEIDEN bedMarianaThe frame is fine, is not mentioned you need the support.3
Solid bed frameAntoninoIt was an effort to put together but, in the end, it was worth it. I got a workout. You need to pay attention to the booklet, it can be easy to skip a step. Two people would be ideal to assemble it. I did it alone and it took some time.4
Good but not perfectKambizThe main problem is related to the bottom of the bed i mean the wooden under the mattress. Its really noisy3
SnappedAmandaMy son’s bed little over a year old snapped right at the centre beam of the head board. When I contacted IKEA they didn’t seem to care or concerned at all. When reading the reviews I can see I wasn’t the only this happened too.1
Disappointed WendiMy 15 yr old daughter saved and purchased this bed with slats for herself. She slept on it 3 nights and then the centre beam snapped where it connects to the footboard. She can’t sleep on it. While this isn’t top end I certainly expect more than 3 nights. 1
Neiden full bed frameShreyasIt’s perfect and sturdy. Totally satisfied!! 5
Disappointed WendiMy daughter bought this bed for herself and in less than a month the centre beam splintered at the footboard connection. I understand this isn’t an expensive bed however I do expect a product to last more than a month with regular use. 2
CreakyCarmelleVery very creaky bed frame. 1
why Canada has no bed 1.2 mBaohuiThe full is too big, and the twin is too small. Why Canada has no 1.2m bed ?4
Needs more supportFrancescaI love that it is wood, but because the boards are so thin, it need more support on the end in the middle.3
Great bed frame for a great price AmberThis sturdy bed frame fit perfect into our small spare bedroom. We have slanted walls so this low headboard worked well for us. 5
Amazing bed! Beautiful, comfortable and cheap!Anonymous reviewerI love this bed! I have been using it for the past 5 years and it has been the most comfortable thing! It also makes my room look so minimalistic and clean. I love that you can also decorate it however you like and there are wonderful options for side table you can have (also super cheap) to complete the look. One of the best things at Ikea!5
AffordableMeganThis bed frame is doesn’t cost much and gets the job done. It was easy to put together. The headboard isn’t visible once the bed is made. I would recommend if your looking for a frame to get your mattress up.5
I brought it when it’s on saleYanGreat bed, love it very much 5
Price could be lower JessieNothing else 3
