Very nice!!!AlexandraIt looks incredible in our kitchen!!! My only complaint was that it arrived a bit dirty. We ordered it online and I assume they must have taken one from the floor because there were foot prints on the pedal and dust/dirt all around that area. Additionally, the blue plastic they use to seal the top part and keep the metal clean was partially ripped open, and it was nearly impossible to fully remove as it has been sealed underneath the folded metal rim. Other than that, it's beautiful and we love it!5

Nice to Look At, But Nothing ElseJasonIkea usually strikes a good balance between cost and desirability. Their designers make functional attractive things for less money. In this case, they missed the mark. It looks really nice in my kitchen. But the bottom gasket came off after two weeks. By four weeks, the lid stopped closing, sticking in the open position until I reach under the foot pedal to force the mechanism to close.1

The top of the bag just ends up sticking out around the top perimeter and looks sloppy. Besides that it looks nice and the pedal works well (though it doesn't pop the top a bit forcefully).3
flawed designAudreyLooks sleek but had to return the two we bought. The metal exterior wasn't perfectly round so the plastic bucket would get stuck off center, then the lid would get stuck on that. We had to pay attention to that every time we changed the bag. Also, the rubber around the bottom rim was getting displaced. We decided it was too much trouble for the price.1

Perfect size for me, used to have a much larger trash can which makes people overstuff it. This works great and it has a slow close so it doesn't bang when you release the pedal.
