Great productLoriThis is a very good quality container! I bought it to store shoes in my mudroom . It doesn't take up much space and I like the dual lid opening. Stopped the dog from taking my shoes! A great multi purpose storage unit. Going to get another one to store mitts and hats in winter.
Perfect for cansKateI purchased this for our can situation. Living in a province where you can return aluminum cans and plastic bottles I wanted something to help us be more on top of the task. We used to bring 5 or 6 full garbage bags to return them and it would take forever, was super messy and an annoying chore. Now, when this bin is full we stick it in the car and bring it to our grocery store. I feel like I’m living in 2040 with it, the handles on the bin make it easy to deposit the cans quickly and comfortably. This solution is reusable and much less messy. We rinse it and wipe it when we get home and begin again.

Works Well as a Recycle BInJ.We live in an area where sorting of recycling is not required in the home. As a result we only require one good sized bin to collect both “blue” and “black” box items. We line this with compostable bags purchased on Amazon and empty it every couple of days. The top fits good and solid to keep the bag in place. For the price and purpose it works perfectly well. Highly recommended for couples/small homes as your single recycle receptical.

I also liked both the handle and the fact that you can get into it by just opening part of the lid. It appears to be quite sturdy.
