Great Buy!CarolActually this is the second one we have purchased because we loved the first one & our daughter insisted on taking it with her when she moved out so we had to replace it. It was easy to set up & is very sturdy.
Poor Quality ChiragThe quality of this frame has gone down. I previously purchased one in 2019 and it was great. I repurchased when I moved in 2023 and this one just kept creaking. It creaks so bad that I wake up each time I move.

Not recommended VanessaI drove over an hour to ikea today to by my daughter this bed. We were informed that we needed to buy the slats and the mattress as extra pieces which we did when we got home and got the entire bed. Assembled, there was no middle support beam for this bed. I had to call customer service to which he explained that I need to order this piece as well. I ordered it online and paid.Double the amount of what it was worth because I also had to pay for shipping.

Buy your own slatsCarolinaBought this bedframe without the slats because a friend liked the bed but mentioned that the slats broke due to a second person’s added body weight. We purchased our own wood to make slats and the end result is exactly what we wanted. Simple, light bedframe.
Overall a Great Bed Frame!JayaI have wanted this bed frame for awhile, I loved how minimalistic it looked. I still love it , it is exactly as pictured, my only complaint was that I wanted the drawers as well, which happened to not be in stock and I travelled to buy and pick up this bed. I ended up without them. I also find this bed not as sturdy as my old hemnes bed frame. But overall it is a nice bed frame.

Looks nice, but didn't enjoy assemblyChristinaI think this bedframe is an OK choice if you don't intend to move/replace it for a long time. I would not recommend it for anyone who plans to move/replace it within a year (e.g. students).
The high bed frame, full size, and solid pieces made it a pain to move and build. Instructions were easy to follow, but the pre-drilled holes and nuts/bolts barely fit at times, especially for the headboard pieces. I built and disassembled this with my Dad and he had the same feelings.
Aside, can confirm disassembling the bed frame was easier compared to building it. We chose to leave the headboard as one piece. (I don't know if it's possible to separate it back into 2 separate pieces)

Not worth itAbbagayleI bought this bed frame to use in my student house. Putting it together was rather easy but I do have my fair share of experience with ikea furniture. After just a couple months of having the bed frame the wooden slats became very loose and would often slip off the metal piece. Any sudden movements would result in the bed completely falling through to the ground due to the lack of support from the slats. Since I have had to put the slats back on the railing multiple times it caused the metal piece to snap due to pressure from the bed and wooden pieces being out of place. My bed is currently in the bed frame but basically on the ground and I have to repurchase more wooden slats and a new metal bar. Not happy about this and would not recommend this bed frame to anyone.

Worst bed frame I have ever had! BetzyThe first time we got this bed from the start it moved around an, it was loud making creaking sounds and everything even by just moving a little. Than not even a year later it broke right in the middle, we got a second one because IKEA offered us an exchange for the first one breaking, once again not even a year, and me and my partner were sleeping at 4Am and the middle medal part came off and broke the wood! save your money do not get this bed.

What is the maximum load it can afford?BillieI bought this product 3 years ago. Recently, I found the bed dented towards the middle while my son was still lying on the bed. It turned out that the center beam was broken. I want to know how much the beam can actually afford, so I can further arrangements.
