YOu get what you pay forJewelI was sorry that these were entirely made of plastic - Ikea used to have wood frames of every size. Also there's no glass to cover what you're framing and a piece of clear plastic that is provided that might be used instead has recycling stamps on it so it is not useable. I had to provide my own.3

Very hard to peel off protective film without damaging the plastic. Why isn’t there a pull tab?? Had to scrape off a starting corner with a knife to grasp and pull off the protective film. 3

What is fibreboard?

Fibreboard is a stable and durable material made of leftover wood from the wood industry. A durable outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board. The difference between various types of fibreboards, such as HDF and MDF, is mainly the thickness, yet also how impact-resistant they are. This determines if we will use them for bed frames, sofa frames, kitchen fronts, wardrobe doors, or something completely different.
