Misleading and disappointingJoThe instructions are very confusing in that there are two separate instructions, one for the base, and one for the shelving unit that shows you how to mount the unit in the wall. There are NO instructions as to how to mount the unit onto the base. The base and the shelving unit are two different products that are being sold together as one, but combined instructions are not provided and the brackets required to mount the unit onto the base are not included. Very disappointing.
TV unitAshThe KALLAX with legs is the perfect height for my bedroom TV. The DRÖNA fabric boxes add much needed storage as well. Definitely looks great and functional.

This is a nice addition to the kallax line.KathrynWe are using this under a 2X4 kallax in the gym. It is high enough to slip the running shoes under. We added this to an existing Kallax and had to remove a few screws but it went okay. Defiantly easier to add when you first build the kallax.

The shelf was easy toAnthonyThe shelf was easy to assemble. The base was a separate peice, which I did not expect. I put the shelf together entirely, then went to put the base on but realized that the bottom of the shelf should not be completed as you need the screw openings for base installation. All in all works perfectly for my spare room. I really like the size.
