TitleJeaninaI liked this product so i bought a second one. The second one didn't fit together right. Some of the measurements were off. We had to order a replacement customer service was a big difficult. What a headache it was.
The product is nice when you dont run into issues. It would be nice if ikea had better quality control testing so they didnt waste so much material and people could get a goon product the first time.
Did not line upAnne MarieMy husband has put many Ikea items together including many of the Expedit/Kallax. This one was nothing but a disappointment. One side the dowels would not go all the way in and so we have a noticeable gap that we cannot hide. This was going to be a focal point in our brand new home and now it is something to camouflage :(
👍👍DianeGreat, practical, affordable shelf solution although the add on doors, shelves, baskets, etc could set you back a few dollars. (IKEA should offer an incentive for people to participate in these surveys. Even 5!or 10 reward points might make a difference)

Great Shelf for my record collection DeborahWe have over 800 vinyl records and have been searching for a place to display them with easy access to locate one when we want to play it. Kallax is the perfect place !
We were also able to add cd’s, nik naks and hard covered books all in one unit.
Of course, there is still room for more vinyl albums as well !
