NO warranty! Quality problemHakanI bought IDANAS Upholstered storage bed, Gunnared dark gray in 2025. After 8 months, not even a year later, the bed was started to shaking and creaking. The situation did not change when I tried to tighten the bed legs, and upon inspection, I found that the screws for the legs were bent. I am attaching the photos. The mattress makes an annoying noise even when I simply roll over from one side to the other. I am very disappointed that the mattress—which I purchased believing it to be of high quality—has turned out this way. I have spent thousands of dollars at your store. When I did some research, I learned that others were also complaining about the same problem. They said theri is no warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE IT
Best bed ever!KimThis is the third one I have bought! The first 2 I bought for my grandsons who share a room. They look amazing and the drawers are big and convenient for space. The 3rd one is for my other grandson who have limited space in his room so the drawers are great so we can eliminate a dresser. The bed is so well put together. I love the headboard cover that zips up. It can be easily removed if you need to wash it, especially when you are using it for children. It looks very rich looking whether it’s for a child’s room or an adult room. I love the material side cover that match the headboard.
Excellent BedframeSandyThe bed is very sturdy and easy to assemble following the instructions. The fabric is nice and the drawers are really useful if you have a small space.
Solid bed with useful storageAnthonyThis is a solid design. All the areas where you want there to be metal fasteners, you will find them here. It was about 2h to build by myself.
Our queen mattress is snug in this bed. It fits and it even helps to keep sheets tucked.
The end result is a solid bed. Heavy and quiet. We love it so far.

Quality issue with legsDanaI bought this bed frame in 2023 because of its cozy, minimalistic design. By 2024, not even a year later, I noticed the bed was shaking more than I would like, even just gently climbing into bed. I took the mattress off and tried to tighten the legs, but the inside wooden threads on the frame were stripped. Then one of the screws on the legs sheared right off with half of it still in the frame. IKEA would not take it back at the time, but did give me 4 new legs from a return they had. If they did not have that other return my $700 bed frame would have been garbage after 1 year. There was nothing else the employee could do for me
I have to be very careful with my frame now to minimize movement on my bed, and once these legs break (which they will due to poor design), I will need to replace my $700 bed frame.
Idanas is greatOlyaWe bought the IDANÄS Upholstered Storage Bed in Gunnared dark gray for my son, and it's been a fantastic purchase. The bed feels sturdy, looks great, and the upholstered headboard gives it a cozy, high-quality feel.
The under-bed storage is the standout feature—it's spacious, easy to access, and perfect for keeping extra bedding, clothes, and other items neatly out of sight. It's a great space-saver, especially for a kid's room.
My only complaint is the price. I wish it were a bit more affordable, as it's definitely an investment. That said, the quality and functionality have been excellent, and overall we're very happy with the purchase.

Great bed and stylishAnonymous reviewerI really do like this bed for a multiple of reasons. Firstly the storage space is super. I can transition seasonal clothes from the drawers to our dressers and closet. Secondly it is high enough that a vacuum fits underneath the bed very simple. Thirdly was the high front board is well padded and nice to lean against when reading. I love the colour (and by the way, they have matching blackout curtains which we also bought) and looks nice the room. HOWEVER, I will warn people that the footboard, which is also padded, seems to pull our comforter down during the night. It's strange and you really have to tug at it to get it back up. Sometimes I get out of bed and lift the comforter back to the original position. Although minor irritation, I would still buy it again.
