Ikea needs to make some changes and adjust their bed sizes so they can fit any standard size mattress, no matter where the mattress is purchased. The way it is now you can only purchase an IKEA mattress for an IKEA bed. That really puts limitations on who can purchase your beds. All I can say again is check the size of your mattress first, even some new IKEA mattresses may not fit this or other IKEA bed frames.
