Fabulous bedAnonymousLooked all over town for a new King bed and couldn't find what we wanted so we looked on line and saw the Hemnes bed frame and with the extra storage so decided to buy. Received it a few days ago and must say we love it, solid wood and not fibreboard, so well made and once put together looks excellent, the added bonus of the storage boxes is ideal. The boxes are not attached to the bed but are on casters and roll in and out easily from under the bed. Very well constructed and everything was in the packaging. As we don't live near an IKEA store we had this delivered to our pick up point so sight unseen by us but not disappointed at all. Excellent product and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Great bed frame!Anonymous reviewerMy husband and I bought the King frame a month ago and we are very happy with it. It looks very sleek and it's very sturdy. FYI you do NOT need to use a boxspring with it if you get the Luroy base (we did have a bit of an argument about this...I won :P). The storage boxes are very convenient too. It was pretty easy to put together, but some of the pieces are big and heavy so you'll definitely need two people and a completely empty room. The King was actually on back-order for about a week and a half when I wanted to order it, but I'm glad I waited and didn't get something else! It was worth the wait :)
