Simple light fixture, painful to installAnonymousTried to install this light fixture twice and it was such a pain. Basically it makes you cover the area where you have to affix the power cables to those in your house. Since a bad connection in this area is a fire risk, I was very nervous covering it up with the metal panel. Otherwise the light is cheap and you can add whatever pendant/shade you want (as long as it attaches on the same as IKEA ones do) IKEA, if you are reading: please consider making this panel a bar instead of a fully flat panel. That way you can see the electrical cords and ensure they're still safely connected before covering it with the plastic dome. This is also how most ceiling lights are from my experience.
Great affordable lightBrunoI’ve bought 2 of these and they aren’t the most expensive looking but they work great and there are so many options for shades. You can change the shade whenever you want without installing a new light
