The armchair is lightweight and easy to move if you want to clean the floor or rearrange the furniture.

Plastic feet protect your floor against scratching.

The cushion can be turned over and therefore has two sides for even wear.

The cushion cover is easy to keep clean since it’s removable and can be machine washed.

According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.

Foam Cushion Required. FawadI got 2 of these chairs with their cushions. Very happy with the chairs. But now i want a softer cushion on it. The current cushion isn’t so fluffy and so the one can feel bamboo on the bottom. The shape of the cushion for this chair is different and so cant just take any cushion. I hope ikea can come up with better quality cushions for this one.4

So many complimentsLakshiLove this chair. Not very bulky so doesn’t take up lot of space. Added a fluffy cushion to the back which really elevated it. I don’t think the finish is very durable though because I’ve seen a few of these chairs in the Returns section with the wicker half unravelled. Therefore probable not good for everyday use.5
Less than ExpectedJessicaAfter trying to buy this chair for 3 years (it being perpetually out of stock), I am a bit disappointed with the overall quality. The rattan is very dry and scratchy and has a lot of loose fibers peeling up from it. Also one of the cushions had a small pen mark on it3

What is rattan?

Rattan is a climbing plant belonging to the palm tree family. It grows as a vine on tree trunks, its fast-growing tendrils easily reaching 60, and sometimes more than 300, feet long. They can be harvested without harming the host trees and grow back quickly once harvested. We use this lightweight, flexible and durable material in products like armchairs, rocking chairs, side tables, outdoor furniture and for handmade baskets.
