    Cheap price but poor quality. IvanI had been waiting a long time for this product to arrive in Ottawa and purchased it on the very first day it became available. The buttons connect easily to Samsung SmartThings, which is a big plus. However, the white button makes a strange clicking sound when it is removed from the metal surface it magnetically attaches to. Occasionally, the same sound can also be heard when the button is shaken. This issue only affects the white version. I exchanged it once, but the replacement had the same problem. It’s great to see an affordable Matter device on the market, but the overall build quality still needs improvement.2
