How can I change my IKEA Family account details or delete my account?

To update or delete your account, simply log into your IKEA Family profile (IKEA.ca/Family) on the website and go to the "Manage Account" section.

Here you can change you account details like email address or home address and also find the option to delete your account:

Login via your IKEA Family account, then select Account to change billing address, or ‘Preferences’ page, to edit email, SMS or IKEA app subscriptions.  

If you would like to cancel your IKEA Family membership, login to IKEA Family Loyalty Program via your IKEA Family ‘Login & Security’ page, and click ‘Delete account’. If you cancel, you will no longer have access to the IKEA Family membership, its benefits, and rewards. Any benefits or rewards accrued at the date of cancellation will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed following cancellation.  If any term or provision of these Terms of Use is deemed to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of these Terms of Use or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.
