Can I get a gift receipt?
A gift receipt is provided only upon request at the time of purchase in store.
A request for a gift receipt must be made before making the payment during checkout. This will enable the coworker to process accordingly and produce the gift receipt along with the original receipt.
Please note:
1. Once the transaction is completed, a gift receipt cannot be printed after the purchase.
2. Gift receipts are available only for purchases made at the store.
When a customer requests a gift receipt in-store, please be advised that the original receipt will no longer be provided. The gift receipt serves as valid proof of purchase and is sufficient for returns or exchanges in accordance with IKEA’s return policy.
