I purchased a product, and it is now on sale. Can I get a price adjustment?
You can request a price adjustment within 30 days of the original purchase date if conditions are met. Some exclusions apply.
Upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt, order number).
- The price of an item purchased is reduced within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The item must have an identical article number
- The purchase must meet any promotional criteria including, but not limited to, minimum buy-in, IKEA Family member exclusive offers, and/or minimum order value
- The price adjustment must be requested/performed during the promotional sale period during which the original price of the item is reduced
- Item must be part of the IKEA Canada range
- Services
- Food items (consumables)
- Items purchased in As-is
- Custom Countertops
