I purchased a product, and it is now on sale. Can I get a price adjustment?

You can request a price adjustment within 30 days of the original purchase date if conditions are met. Some exclusions apply.

Price Adjustment Policy Conditions: 

  • Upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt, order number).
  • If the price of an item purchased is reduced within 30 days of the original purchase date (Terms and conditions should be met, with some exclusions). 
  • The item must have an identical article number, meet any promotional criteria such as minimum buy-in, IKEA Family member exclusive offers, and minimum order value.
  • The price adjustment must be requested/performed during the promotional sale period during which the original price is reduced.
  • Articles must be part of the IKEA Canada range.

Exclusions:

  • Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts already applied to the same article.
  • Price adjustments are not applicable to services or food items purchased at the Swedish Restaurant or Swedish Bistro (consumables).
  • Articles purchased in As-is.
