What can customers expect from Pick-up locations, and what services do they offer?

Our ambition is to be more accessible and Pick-up locations are a great way to create an easier and more affordable shopping experience for our loyal customers. They will be highly accessible by vehicle and convenient for our customers. Customers can shop online and have their orders delivered to a Pick-up location for a fee, regardless of the size of the value or size of their purchase.

IKEA has ambitious expansion plans that cover all parts of creating a great customer experience, whenever and wherever Canadians want to meet us. We will continue to invest into existing and new markets, and keep a strong focus on developing our digital channels, different types of services, and by exploring the potential of city centre stores and other touchpoints. 

Stay tuned! Please note that our Pick-up locations are simply for collecting an order, and do not operate as a store. Therefore, there are no products, food or gift cards available for purchase, neither can a customer make a return.

    Customers who have purchased products for delivery to a Pick-up location will receive an email notifying them when their order is ready for pick-up. The order will be held at the Pick-up location for seven days (fourteen days for BC locations) from the delivery date.
