I forgot to scan my IKEA Family card during the purchase. Can I add it later to collect points?

To collect points, remember to scan your IKEA Family card at checkout when purchasing in store, or log in to your IKEA Family account when browsing and shopping online. If you forgot to do this, please contact us by phone or chat and one of our agents will be glad to assist you.
