Can I change my delivery address?
Check whether you can update your delivery details or need to cancel and reorder.
To check if you can update your delivery address:
- Go to Track & manage my order to check your order status and available options. Changes depend on how far along your order is.
- If you can’t update the address, you may need to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address. You can cancel online if your order is still eligible. For parcel orders, cancellation is only possible before the order is sent for dispatch.
- If the online option isn’t available, contact IKEA for help.
