Where can I collect points from IKEA Family?
You can collect points in the online store, app, remote sales by phone and in all IKEA stores located in Canada and even in the planning studios.
Collect points when you shop
Earn 1 point for every CAD $5 spent.
Points are collected on eligible purchases made:
- Online
- In the IKEA app
- By phone through remote sales
- In an IKEA store or Planning Studio
Please note: Points are not earned on:
- Gift card purchases
- Purchases made as an IKEA Business Network member
Collect points when you interact with IKEA
You can also earn IKEA Family points by using IKEA online tools and services.
- Log in to the IKEA website or app: Earn 1 point once per week.
- Create and save a favourites list: Earn 2 points once per week.
- Book and attend a planning appointment: Earn 20 points once per month.
- Create and save a kitchen plan using the online planning tool: Earn 25 points once per month.
Make sure you are logged in to your IKEA Family account when using the IKEA website or app so your points can be added.
