How do I cut my cover panels to create filler pieces when installing my IKEA Kitchen?
A step-by-step guide to cutting your cover panels to create filler pieces.
Measure where the cut line will be. To get a clean cut, use painter’s tape on both sides of the cover panel where the cut is going to be made. Mark your cut line with a pencil directly on the painter’s tape.
When cutting, the side that will be exposed needs to face downward to prevent chipping. Use a high tooth-count blade to make the cut.
