Not ImpressedAlanHad the old design of this bed which was much sturdy than this. Over-complicated and fit and finish is not good. Bring back the old design,1
Very good bed frame ManarIt’s simple to setup and very basic and good price. I do recommend if you want something simple and don’t cast you a lot of money. 5
Simple yet StrongAnonymous reviewerVery based looks, super comfortable and practical5
Neiden Twin BedLisaWe are in the midst of assembling and were disappointed to find such poor instructions included with this product. We have purchased many ikea items in the past requiring assembling with no difficulty at all. The pieces are usually always lettered or numbered yet this bed had nothing. It appears to be solid - for as far along as we have reached in assembly process.4
Neiden bed frameMichelleThis is a great affordable, minimalist bed frame! However, it gets a little tricky putting the screws into the corner and needs 2 people to do that - maybe it could be made in an easier one-person way? 4
Great Bed!LisaGreat bed! Sturdy and beautiful. 5

Great value bed, but be ready with extra tools for assembly!Anonymous reviewerAs a student, this bed has been a practical upgrade from my airbed. Its simple design fits well in my small space, though I was surprised by how low to the ground it sits. Assembly, however, came with some challenges right from the start. You'll definitely need a hammer to secure the dowels in place; without one, it's difficult to proceed with construction at all. Things went smoothly until I reached the middle bar. At that point, it became nearly impossible to fit it without an offset screwdriver (preferably a ratcheting one) or a power drill, as you need enough torque to get the screws in properly. I ended up purchasing an offset ratcheting screwdriver to finish the job. IKEA should really recommend both a hammer and an offset ratcheting screwdriver in the suggested tools list, which would save a lot of hassle during assembly. Additionally, expect some creaking since the slats aren't fully fitted, which may cause some noise over time. 3
great bedDhruvit is strong and sturdy. After assembling it, we put a stain of our choice and made it even better to match it our bedroom color scheme. 5
Ikea needs to do much better!GaryIkea’s quality standards are falling!
Don’t be fooled when you read the assembly instructions indicating that you only need two screwdrivers…they are wrong!
They have completely missed out the fact that you must have a good hammer to assemble this bed frame. You must hammer 28 wooden dowels into tight holes, and then hammer the assembled pieces into place.
Without a hammer you cannot assemble this bed!3
great valueWenyutook a bit longer to assemble, but totally worth the price5
Such a great buy!AmyFor the price, the quality and stability of this bed was a perfect choice for our 3 y.o. transitioning to a big bed from a crib. It's not super high off the ground and she feels very secure in it. We love that it is made of wood too! A great buy!!!5

The installation process is veryMesutThe installation process is very confusing as the indications aren’t evident. It could have been better. I have a feeling if you don’t install it by workers, you will struggle with it.3
Very goodClaudiaVery simple assemble. My girls loved it.5

Nice productArianIt is a nice bed for the price BUT good luck with assembly of it. Ikea should have a Youtube channel with instructions for assembly for its items. The booklet is a joke and insult to users. Thanks5
