What is IKEA's return policy?
If you change your mind or a product doesn't suit you, you have 365 days to return it. For mattresses, the return period is 90 days. With proof of purchase and if the return conditions are met, IKEA will give you a full refund.
- Back in store - Register an Express Return to skip the line and go to your nearest IKEA store.
- Return by parcel - Register your return online and drop it off at any Bpost pick-up point. Returns by Bpost parcel are only possible for parcels up to a maximum of 30 kg.
- Truck return - Book a pickup for bulky products that you wish to return. Please note that the products must be disassembled for return by truck. Important: This option is not available for customers with an address in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Please contact the Customer Service if this situation applies to you.
Purchases made abroad are accepted in IKEA Belgium stores and refunded in the form of Voucher.
