Sometimes a purchase just doesn't fit. No problem. At IKEA, we want you to be happy with what you buy. So returns are no problem.
But what happens to your IKEA Family points when you return something?
Here's how it works:
When you return a product:
- You will receive a refund for the purchase price.
- And the corresponding IKEA Family points will automatically be deducted from your profile.
- This usually happens within 24 to 48 hours.
Did you use a reward (such as a discount or a gift)?
- Then it will also automatically expire once your return has been processed.

- You don't have to do anything. We'll take care of it automatically.
- You'll see the change in your IKEA Family profile soon.
