Why should I choose Click & Collect delivery?

Click & Collect allows you to order your IKEA products online and pick them up when and where you want them, whether that's in store or at a Pick-Up Locker near you. All items are at the same price as in store, only collection fees apply, clearly indicated by weight and your IKEA Family or Business membership. This service ensures the availability of items in stock and offers great flexibility for the location and time of pick-up, with lockers accessible every day, even outside of opening hours. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready and can track its status in real time via the "Track and manage my order" portal. Pick-up is secure and fast, with on-site support if needed, and managing issues or damaged items is simplified via the portal or customer service.

  1. To save time and organize your purchases.
    Click & Collect allows you to order your IKEA products online at any time. Your products are prepared in advance, which reduces the time spent in the store and makes it easier to organize. You know your items are reserved for you, ready to be picked up at a time that suits you.
  2. For service prices.
    All items ordered via Click & Collect are offered at the same price as in the store, at no additional cost for the products themselves. You only pay for the chosen pickup service, the cost of which depends on the total weight of the order and your membership status IKEA Family or IKEA Business.
    • In-Store Pickup or In-Store Pick-Up Locker : up to 200 kg, €4.99 (€2.99 for members); from 200 to 400 kg, €9.99 (€7.99 for members); over 400 kg, €14.99 (€12.99 for members).
    • Pick-Up Locker Near You : up to 200 kg, €9.99 (€7.99 for members); from 200 to 400 kg, €14.99 (€12.99 for members); over 400 kg, €19.99 (€17.99 for members).
  3. For the safety and guarantee of the availability of the items.
    Ordering via Click & Collect ensures that the items in stock will be prepared for you. Items that are out of stock cannot be reserved, but you can activate an email notification to be notified as soon as they are available again.
  4. For the flexibility of the pick-up location.
    You can pick up your items at an IKEA store, a Pick-Up Locker located in or near the store, or a Pick-Up Locker near you. This flexibility allows you to choose the most convenient pick-up point according to your needs and schedule.
  5. Because there are several options to suit the size and weight of the orders;
    In-store pickup has no size or weight limit, while Pick-Up Lockers are convenient for lightweight or medium-sized items. The price of the service depends on the total weight of the order and the type of pick-up point, but remains clearly indicated at the time of ordering.
  6. For accessibility and freedom of schedule,
    Click & Collect allows you to choose the most convenient pick-up point according to your needs and schedule. You can pick up your items.
    • In an IKEA store : directly at the collection counter or at the designated area near Customer Service. There is no size or weight limit for in-store pickup. Hours and procedures may vary by store.
    • In a Pick-Up Locker located in or near the store : accessible 7 days a week, even outside opening hours. This option is available in most stores in Belgium, with the exception of IKEA Mons.
    • In a Pick-Up Locker near you : located outside the store, convenient if you live nearby. These lockers are accessible every day, including Sundays and outside opening hours. Currently available locations include, for example, The Leaf Shopping in Ternat (06:00 – 22:00), Namur Decathlon (24/7) and Shopping Nivelles (08:00 – 24:00). The Pick-Up Lockers are accessible every day, even outside of store opening hours. You can pick up your order at a time that suits you best, early in the morning or late at night, depending on the times available.
  7. Real-time notification and tracking;
    You will receive an email or text message as soon as your order is ready. You can track the status of your order at any time via our Online Order Tracking Portal and be informed of every step, ensuring you have a stress-free recovery.
  8. Secure pick-up and on-site support.
    To collect your order, simply present your order confirmation and an identity document. If you are helped by someone else, that person must also present these documents. Items are prepared on a trolley for quick pick-up, and a staff member can assist you if needed.
  9. Simple problem management and after-sales.
    If an IKEA Pick-Up Locker does not work, go directly to the store's Customer Service. If an item is damaged, you can report the damage yourself via Our online portal. Orders not picked up within 24 hours are automatically cancelled and refunded, but can be easily restarted with a new order.
