How does Click & Collect work?
Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchases at an IKEA store or IKEA Pick-Up locker at a time that suits you. Prices start at €2.99 for IKEA Family members. An email or SMS notification informs you as soon as your order is ready. All you have to do is present your order confirmation and an identity document to collect it easily.
- Add the desired items to your shopping cart on the IKEA website.
- At checkout, select 'Pick up at an IKEA store' or 'Pick up at an IKEA Pick-Up Locker', depending on the options available for your order. If you don't see these options, it could be due to high demand, local restrictions, or stock availability. If your favorite IKEA store isn't available, try another store, remove out-of-stock items from your cart, or order them later when they're back in stock. If you live in a border region (France, Netherlands, Germany or Luxembourg), please select a random 4-digit Belgian postcode, e.g. 1000, in order to view the available Click & Collect and delivery options.
- Then choose your pick-up point (store or locker) as well as an available time slot, then finalize your order.
If you are an IKEA Family member, the discounted rates or free service will automatically apply. If your preferred pickup point is not available, try again later: new slots may open within 1-2 days. - Once the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to add or edit items. However, you can cancel your order before pickup via the tool Track and manage my order.
- Check the status of your order in Our Self-Service Portal. Make sure you have your order number handy, as well as the email address or phone number you used to place the order. For further assistance, contact IKEA Customer Service.
- After validation, your order is prepared and reserved in the selected store or Pick-Up Locker.
- As soon as it's ready, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with all withdrawal instructions. Withdrawal is only possible after receipt of this notification. You can track the status of your order at any time via the tool Track and manage my order.
- Remember to check your email inbox regularly, including the junk or spam folder, so that you don't miss any information.
- Then go to the designated pick-up area, near the Customer Service at the exit of the store, the goods pick-up counter or the selected Pick-Up Locker. You will receive the collection information in your order confirmation.
- Present your order confirmation, ID and proof of purchase. If someone else picks up the order for you, they will have to present these same documents.
Items are prepared on a trolley to facilitate quick pick-up. Load your products into your vehicle. If necessary, you can ask an employee for help on site, subject to availability. - Before leaving the pick-up point, check that your order is complete and that the items are in good condition.
4. After-sales and Support:
- If you have received an incorrect code for your Pick-Up Locker or if it does not work, please visit the customer service of the relevant store.
- If you do not collect your Click & Collect order within 24 hours, it will be automatically cancelled and the full amount will be refunded to the payment method used to place the order. If you still want to receive your items after cancellation, you will need to place a new order.
- If an item in your order is damaged, go to the tool Track and manage my order and select "Report damage".
- If your order is incomplete, check all boxes first and if there is still a product missing, contact IKEA Customer Service or call +32 2 27 19 19 19.
