How do I request an invoice of my purchase?

Did you place an order via IKEA.be? Then you will automatically receive your invoice. After a purchase or order in the shop, you can create your own invoice at home. You will then receive it immediately via e-mail.

Not working? Please check the points below: 

  • Did you fill in the total amount of your purchase?
  • Did you enter the correct time stamp (lowest time stamp on your receipt)?
  • Did you fill in the correct number of your receipt (under the barcode)?
  • Did you already return certain items? If so, please contact us.
