There is an error on my invoice, what should I do?

On our invoicing page, you can:
  • Create an invoice for a Belgian company.
  • Convert your paper receipt into an invoice.
  • Find your invoices via your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network profile (scanned in-store purchases and online orders).
  • Submit a request to benefit from the reduced VAT rate of 6% (for installation in a home older than 10 years).
  • Request a VAT refund in case of export within the EU or VAT exemption (via a specific form and Customer Service).
Have you noticed an error on your invoice, or are you missing a document, such as a credit note or a duplicate?
Please contact our Customer Service and tell us exactly what you need: a duplicate of your invoice or proof of purchase, a correction or credit note, or an adjusted invoice for a company established in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
We will review your case and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
