There is an error on my invoice, what should I do?
Do you have a question about your invoice? We are here to help.
- Create an invoice for a Belgian company.
- Convert your paper receipt into an invoice.
- Find your invoices via your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network profile (scanned in-store purchases and online orders).
- Submit a request to benefit from the reduced VAT rate of 6% (for installation in a home older than 10 years).
- Request a VAT refund in case of export within the EU or VAT exemption (via a specific form and Customer Service).
